When you receive your items, please examine them carefully. If you are not satisfied, for whatever reason, you have 14 days to return them; no explanation is necessary.
Call the Customer Query Line on 0844 481 2207 who will arrange for the items to be replaced or refunded in accordance with your legal rights. Returns must be in original condition and packing, complete with any accessories and instructions. The cost of returning any goods that are not damaged or faulty must be borne by you. Any costs incurred by us due to a fault on a product being caused by the consumer not taking reasonable care of the goods will be fully charged to the consumer.
If the items are damaged or faulty we will refund your postage costs but you must include your ROYAL MAIL postal receipt with the returned item/s. This is subject to normal conditions of use (this excludes underwear, bathing suits, footwear, cosmetics and items of hygiene, razors, epilators, disposable items, etc.).
