Can I use a credit note when ordering on the internet ?
If you do have a credit note in your account, it will show up on the payment page when ordering. You will be able to use it to pay your order.
If your credit note amount is higher than your order amount, a new credit note will be added to your account.

How do I get a refund from a credit note?
To obtain a refund from a credit note, please contact our customer services on 0344 481 2208* , Monday to Friday 10.00am to 7.00pm.

My payment has been debited, but I have not received my order yet?
To check on your order, log in to your customer account and access to the order tracking.. Then click on the button " Track you order ".
I've received a mail regarding an error with my credit/debit card, my order is on hold.
